The management staff of Bilsa Security include high in rank officers who worked at high positions in General Police Headquarters and Gendarme General Commandership and also managers educated about administrating and economy. Our security personnel are carefully selected through exams and interviews by our human resources department from among candidates who have communication ability and good physical appearance and did his compulsory military service as commando and worked in private operation teams.
